CTC School cum Tuition Center near Pulicat catering to 120 students

After its opening last August, CTC's School cum Tuition center at Vanjivakkam village near Pulicat is operating at full capacity now - 120 children from various surrounding villages are attending regular tuition classes hosted by 7 teachers funded by CTC. The school was constructed last year as part of our post flood rehabilitation efforts to provide quality education to several flood impacted backward hamlets.

Thanks also to the participants of recent March 11-13 Palani Hill Ultra, March 11-12 and 18-19 Nagala Treks for donating the balance amount towards the wages of the teachers. CTC is continuing its mission to improve the standard of living in the community through improved sanitation. More updates to follow soon...
