- Difficulty: hill / trail running is considerably harder compared to flat road running
- Location: rolling terrain, farm lands, remote tribal villages, lush greenery
- Altitude: 800-1000 meters
- Elevation gain: 600 / 1100 / 1500 / 1800 meters
- Weather: mornings / evenings - 18 to 25 degrees. Mid-day 30+ degrees

- Age: minimum 18 years
- Timings: maximum allowed entry timings

Travel
- Chennai: 4.5 hour drive from Chennai through Polur
- Bangalore: 4 hour drive from Bangalore through Vaniyambadi
- Others: Vellore bus / airport
- Car pooling: contacts of fellow runners who come by car will be shared
- Public transport: last bus from Polur to Jamunamarathur at 6pm
Stay
- Recommendation: travel previous day and stay overnight near venue
- Accommodation: free stay available at St. Joseph Higher Secondary School
- Camping: bring your own tent to camp on school grounds
- Lodging: (Non)A/C lodges available at Polur, 1.5 hour from venue
Refreshments
- Aid stations: every 3K
- Breakfast: South Indian buffet breakfast at finish (25/50K) or lunch (75K) or dinner (100K)
- Optional: Saturday dinner / Sunday lunch / Sunday dinner coupons available for runners/friends/relatives (100Rs)

BIB Distribution
- Venue: St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, Athipet
- Saturday: evening 6-8pm
- Sunday: Sunday: 2-6am
- Timing chip: attached with the bib
Finisher
- Criteria: only for those finishing within above cut-off timings.
- Podium: trophy for first 3 finishers in each run / age / gender category.
- Medal Received at finish line
- E-certificate: shared few days post-event
- Timings: timings/rankings published few days post-event
- Photos: extensive (free) photo coverage 1-2 days post-event
