Objective: non-profit event to promote active lifestyle through sports

Entry: only good swimmers (open waters)
Categories
Sprint:750m Swim, 20K Cycling, 5K Run
Olympic: 1.5K Swim, 45K Cycling, 10K Run
Half Iron: 1.9K Swim, 90K Cycling, 21K RUn
Registration fee: 400 / 500 / 600Rs
Routes
Swim: open waters (150m long quarry), safety ropes + tubes
Cycling: OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road), suitable for road bikes
Run: 5/10K loop on tar road / dirt track
Aid Stations: swim + cycle (every 20K) + run (every 5K)
Timings
Olympic: start 6am, cut off 6 hours (men), 7 hours (women)
Sprint: start 7:30am, cut off 3 hours (men), 3.5 hours (women)
Half Iron: start 3pm, cut off 10 hours (men), 11 hours (women)
Finisher Medal / E-certificate only for those who complete withing cut-off timing
Stay/Food
Venue (Ottiyambakkam) is 1 hour drive from city (Thirunvanmyur)
Free overnight stay (Friday) is available at nearby Agni College of Technology
Refreshments offered at all aid stations
Sandwiches offered at finish line
BIB / Timing
BIB can be collected either at:
Friday evening at Agni College
Saturday morning at swim venue
Timing chip will be provided / attached to the BIB
Official finish timings will be provided within 2-3 days after the event

Provided only for those who complete within cut-off timing:
Podium trophy - first three finishers in each Tri / Age / Gender category
Finisher Medal - mentions category
Finisher t-shirt - optional (300Rs) at finish line (Kalenji blue)
E-certificate - emailed within one week
Free photographic coverage provided 1-2 days after event
