Building boys hostel of Udavum Nanbargal illam

Dear Members,

It was decided that we will be contribution the excess donations collected from Diwali celebrations toward the building boys hostel of Udavum Nanbargal illam.

It was a pleasure to give the cheque of Rs. 45, 000/- as a first instalment.

It was more pleasure to hand it over to the kids of Udavum Nanbargal Illam.

I thank all the member who contributed for the Diwali celebrations.

It was on a inauguration of their Community Hospital which was built by Udavum Nanbargal funded by Wellington Foundation. I would like to quote the words of Sarathi – Founder of Udavum Nanbargal.

“It was on one fine morning around 20 cars came to our home. All the villagers asked was it a political meeting. I informed them that they had come to take our kids for a trek. They (CTC) took care of us very well. And very next day we got a call from Saranya Madam of Wellington Foundation who offered support to us for the hospital. We thank CTC as it was through them we got this contact. And again today it is CTC giving the very first contribution for building boys hostel and hope even this will also go well. Thank you”

It is also great to hear that CTC is contributing indirectly to social causes.
